RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you need to return your order, please do so within 14 days of delivery. We will be happy to exchange for another product or issue a refund (excluding any postage charges).
We would recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. If you would like us to arrange a collection via Royal Mail please email hello@stripesfashion.co.uk and we will be happy to book this for you and deduct the return cost from your refund.
All items must be returned unworn or unused with their original tags and packaging. Please ensure that all items are packaged securely and where possible proof of postage is obtained. Once received and inspected we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 24 hours.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of pierced jewellery or opened beauty products.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our team at hello@stripesfashion.co.uk so we can ensure any items are placed on hold for you.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
For faulty goods please contact our team at hello@stripesfashion.co.uk with the details of the fault and your web order number. Unfortunately we are unable to accept items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We aim to process all refunds on the day they are received, though the payment provider may take up to 3 days to process the transaction. If you have paid by Paypal it can take longer, depending on the agreement between your bank and Paypal.
