We've always loved American Vintage knitwear and sweaters - we live in them! Modern shapes, soft and cosy fabrications and great colours, what more could we want? This season we've chosen lots of bold colours from the spring collection along with a couple of options in heather grey. Layer with tonal or white jersey basics to stay true to the brand's styling.

Colourful knitwear is a great purchase for spring - it's nice and warm but moves you on from the knitwear you've been hibernating in all winter. These colours will look great with blue denim or white trousers or could be worn over a summer dress while we're waiting for the warmer temperatures. Even in the height of summer you'll be grateful for your sweaters in the evenings - we always pack a couple of American Vintage sweaters when we go on our holidays and have worn our zabidoo cardigans literally all year.
