We have extended our usual return window for any orders placed in December. If you need to return any items purchased we would ask you to send them back to us by 14th January if possible. As always you're welcome to drop us an email if you have any problems or queries.

where you can print a return label and use our Collect+ prepaid labels.
If for any reason you need to return your order, please do so within 14 days of delivery. We will be happy to exchange for another product or issue a refund (excluding any postage charges).
All items must be returned unworn or unused with their original tags and packaging. Please ensure that all items are packaged securely and where possible proof of postage is obtained. Once received and inspected we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 24 hours.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of pierced jewellery or opened beauty products.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
For faulty goods please contact our team at email@example.com with the details of the fault and your web order number. Unfortunately we are unable to accept items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We aim to process all refunds on the day they are received, though the payment provider may take up to 3 days to process the transaction.
