To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
How do I return an item?
- Enter your email address and order number in the fields above and click Start Return. (Please note that the returns process requires an email address rather than a telephone number.)
- Follow the instructions and select the items you would like to return.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
If for any reason you need to return your order, please do so within 14 days of delivery. We will be happy to exchange for another product, issue a store credit or process a refund.
All items need to be returned unworn or unused with their original tags in place. Please ensure that all items are packaged securely and where possible proof of postage is obtained. Once received and inspected we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 24 hours.
We are happy to accept online returns in store within the 14 days return period. Refunds will be processed through our online payment system as usual.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of pierced jewellery or opened beauty products.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our team at email@example.com so we can ensure any items are placed on hold for you.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
For faulty goods please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the fault and your web order number. Unfortunately we are unable to accept items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Are there any charges for a return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We offer a free returns service via Collect+. If you prefer notto use this service you will be responsible for postage costs and we would recomment obtaining proof of postage and insurance from your chosen carrier.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The time taken for money to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider.
